In this article we will inform about August Landmasser:"Nazi" to challenge Hitler .

August Landmasser: 'Nazi' to challenge HitlerAs Hitler's name appears, pictures of his cruelty begin to float before his eyes. It is said that far away to challenge him in his time, people did not even have the courage to speak in front of him in a loud voice! However, this is not the whole truth!

Many such names are also taken with Hitler, who challenged Hitler in front of the entire court. August Landmasser is one of them. This is the same person who refused to give a 'Nazi salute' to Hitler's resistance.

Let us try to find out why August Landmasser did this-

Newspaper photo made headlines

On 22 March 1991, a picture appeared in the German newspaper Die Jith, which people were surprised to see. There was also a big reason for his surprise. Actually, in that picture, he saw something that he had not imagined even in his dream.

In this photo published in the newspaper, a single person stands with his hands folded, and the rest are giving a Nazi salute in honor of Hitler. This person who did not salute was no one else but 'August Landmasser'.

It was found in the matter that this picture was taken on 13 June 1936 at the port of Hamburg. The opportunity was to launch a war ship Horst Vessel. Since August worked there, he was part of the occasion.

Well, why did August do this. Its story is very interesting…

'August Landmasser' was a member of the Nazi party

August Landmasser joined the Nazi Party in 1931. It is said that he took this membership only so that he could get a job easily, in which he was also successful to a great extent. In the same sequence, around 1935, he fell in love with a Jewish girl named 'Irma Eckler'. When the relationship progressed, the two got bonded in a love relationship.

The two wanted to take a new flight by getting engaged in an engagement relationship!

Meanwhile, on 15 September 1935, a new law came into force in Germany. Under this law, no Nazi was instructed not to marry a Jew.

Let it be said that Hitler believed in the principle of purity of blood. He believed that the Nazi people were pure Aryans and that their purity would be destroyed by marrying Jews. This was the reason that he made this draconian law named 'Numburg'.

Hitler challenged for love!

Since 'August Landmesser' was in love with a Jewish girl, this law was not personally approved by him. For this, he also protested several times. His photograph, taken at the Hamburg harbor on 13 June 1936, is a testimony to the fact that he refused to give a Nazi salute to Hitler among the crowd and stood up in arms!

Well, love is love. He does not know who belongs to which caste and religion. It has the strength to face the greatest difficulty. On the basis of this, August and Irma decided to live together even after this law.

On the other hand, Hitler's dictatorship was increasing due to this draconian law. Due to this, August Landmasser decided to leave Germany and move to Denmark.

He had done almost all the preparations, but it was his misfortune that he was caught on the outskirts. He was arrested for defaming the Aryan race. The proceedings lasted for a year. However, he was released due to lack of evidence.

However, he continued to threaten to kill her. Hitler's ministers continued to scare him, so that he would leave Irma. In the end, if he did not agree, he was sent to the torture house in 1938. It is said that after this, August Landmasser could never meet Irma!
Birth of new symbol of resistance with death

On the other hand, the Nazis did not leave his girlfriend 'Irma'. She was seven months pregnant. Despite this, he was arrested and put in jail, where he gave birth to 'Irene' and later died.

In 1941, Augusta came out of prison and started working as a foreman. Soon he got an entry in Peenal Infantry. The 'Penal Infantry' was that part of the German army, where people convicted of any crime were recruited. During this time he was sent to Croatia. While there, he was lost and presumed dead.

Whereas, his corpse was not even found!

Further around 1949 August and Irma were officially declared dead. By then Hitler was also dead. Thus Hitler's cruelty brought an end to an Aryan and Jewish love story, but also gave birth to a new symbol of resistance.

August and Irma's daughters printed a book in 1996. There is a lot of evidence in this book related to his parents' love story. After reading this book, people learned that when August was alive, everyone was against him.

But today, after he dies, he has become a model of government resistance. The reason for his resistance was not political. At the center of his resistance was the immense love that Irma and Irma had done to him.

The story of 'August Landmasser' tells that even a single man can stand in front of a cruel person. All that is needed is passion. August had the same passion, on which he showed courage to challenge a dictator like Hitler.

Even though he is no longer alive, the resistance recorded in his picture remains a source of inspiration for the people!
